At Suwan Thai & Remedial Massage, our therapists are registered with all major health funds.This allows our registered therapists to provide prompt, on-the-spot rebates through our HICAPS terminal. 

A thorough assessment is conducted prior to each remedial massage, and clinic to ensure accurate and professional care.​

Our Massage Therapists are fully qualified and experienced, if you are not satisfied  with your massage treatment, please inform us  within the first 15 minutes, and  a full refund will be provided. 

If the treatment continues beyond the initial  15 minutes, full payment will be required.

Our treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each session.  All Towels and Single-Use disposable bed sheets are replaced between clients. 
 

All  linen and towels are laundered and dried at high temperature to ensure the highest standard of hygiene, and fresh towels are used for every client.

Additionally, our therapists adhere to strict hand hygiene protocols,washing there hands before and after each treatment.

We offer 5 treatment rooms for massage, including both couple and single rooms.  Group booking  are also welcome by appointment.
