Our Policies & Procedures

The following Policies and Procedures serves as a guide for first time and repeating clients.​

• We offer a genuine massage service for healing and relaxation, all massage services provided are non-sexual.

• Please be respectful and courteous and to our massage therapists, they are trained professionals. Any sexual interaction or discussion is NEVER appropriate. 

•  If you are feeling unwell, please refrain from getting our services.

• Please inform your massage therapist any particular areas where you feel tense or tight and would like them to focus on and any areas where you feel sore or pain, and do not want touched. 

• The client will always be modestly draped with a clean towel, only the area being massaged will be undraped. 

• To enhance your satisfaction with our services as well as for the benefit of other clients, please turn off your phone and refrain from making loud noise or conversations.

• If you feel unsatisfied with the service and would like to replace the massage therapist, please inform us within the first 10 minutes of your session.

• If you have any questions, please always feel free to ask our friendly staff.
